Refund & cancellation policy.

Qvisa charges for preparing a visa application document folder — document verification, form auto-fill, and a downloadable, embassy/VFS-ready folder. Qvisa does not submit applications to any embassy, consulate, or visa service provider on your behalf, and does not charge any embassy or government visa fee. A successful payment to Qvisa does not represent, and is not conditional on, visa approval.

Individual applications are charged a one-time flat fee at folder download, tiered by destination/visa-type complexity.

• Full refund if Qvisa is unable to verify your documents and no application folder is generated for you — contact support@qvisa.in and we will refund the charge in full.
• Full refund for a duplicate or accidental charge.
• Non-refundable once your application folder has been generated and made available for download, since the service you paid for — document preparation — has been delivered at that point.

To request a refund, email support@qvisa.in with your application reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days.

Agent subscriptions bill monthly in advance via Cashfree Subscriptions (UPI Autopay / eNACH / card mandate) and include a set number of applications per billing cycle, with overage billed per application above that.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing cycle, which remains active (including its included application credits) through its existing end date.
• Applications already completed against your subscription credit are non-refundable, for the same reason as individual applications above.
• If a scheduled auto-debit fails, Cashfree retries automatically (up to 3 attempts per billing cycle) before the subscription is marked past due; no refund applies to a failed charge that was never collected.

A GST invoice is generated automatically for every payment and emailed to you. Refunds are net of any GST already remitted, consistent with applicable tax law.
