Terms of service.

Qvisa (QYOTECH LLP) is a document preparation and verification platform for Indian passport holders applying for a visa. Qvisa helps you check your documents against a destination country's stated requirements, auto-fills the relevant application form, and generates a downloadable application folder.

Qvisa does not submit your application to any embassy, consulate, VFS center, or other visa service provider. You review and submit the folder yourself, through whatever channel the destination country requires.

Qvisa is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or agent of any government or embassy. Document verification is AI-assisted and reflects our understanding of the destination country's published requirements at the time of your application — it is not legal advice, and it is not a guarantee of visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, based on criteria outside Qvisa's control.

• You must provide accurate information and genuine documents. Uploading fraudulent or altered documents may result in your account being suspended.
• You are responsible for reviewing your auto-filled form and application folder for accuracy before you submit it anywhere — Qvisa never auto-submits on your behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Agents are responsible for having authorization from their clients to act on their behalf and to upload their documents.

Individual applications are charged a one-time flat fee at folder download. Agents subscribe to a monthly plan with included application credits and per-application overage pricing. All payments are processed by Cashfree. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you are not authorized to upload.
• Use Qvisa to prepare fraudulent applications.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Resell or redistribute Qvisa's output outside the scope of your own or your clients' applications.

The Qvisa platform, its design, and its software are owned by QYOTECH LLP. The documents you upload and the completed application folders generated for you remain yours.

Qvisa is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care in document verification and form preparation, we do not guarantee that a destination country will accept your application or issue a visa. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QYOTECH LLP is not liable for any visa refusal, travel loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Qvisa for the application giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Qvisa at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including for fraudulent document submission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of QYOTECH LLP's registered office.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above. Continued use of Qvisa after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
